Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections Incorporated (LNC) is a Not-for-Profit Charitable Organisation. Our mission is to build a strong, inclusive community that overcomes disadvantage by providing accessible information, community development, capacity building and advocacy services.

 
 

Creating Grassroots Change

Over 22,000 People Access LNC Programs Annually

LNC operates from Warwick Farm Community Hub. Staff outreach to Moorebank, Heckenberg, Cecil Hills, Lurnea and Casula, with over 22,000 people accessing our programs every year.

Warwick Farm Neighbourhood Centre, Westside Youth Centre and Heckenberg Connections all operate under LNC, with the majority of the community development, capacity building and advocacy services provided through these centres.

An Outreach service is also provided to Cecil Hills Community Centre, Casula Community Centre, Heckenberg Community Centre, Moorebank Community Centre, and Lurnea Community Centre. We also operate a mobile childcare service called Pied Piper.

Providing the Tools for a Brighter Future
LNC also runs six social enterprises, i.e. Pepper’s Place Library Cafe, Pepper’s Place Catering, a Coffee Cart, “Pepper’s Coffee To Go”, Pepper’s Place School Canteen, a lawn mowing and cleaning service, “Greener Cleaner” and a pre-loved clothing shop, “The Clothes Box”. These enterprises provide employment to disadvantaged women and young men in the Liverpool LGA.
The LNC Board oversees operations, and provides governance and direction to the staff of LNC in accordance with the Associations Incorporations Act.
